Carefully observe the color of the sample, especially the substrate, choose the ink from the rough and smooth reflection of the substrate, and choose the ink with high transparency, which will greatly enhance the metallic luster of the ink.
For the selection of color ink, try to avoid mixing too much ink, try to use a color close to the standard and a pigment ink, use too much ink for color, keep away from the standard color, and the brightness is poor, so when you can mix two colors, do not use three, the less, the better
Pay special attention to the ink color, if the selected ink concentration is not bright, no matter how to match, it can not reach the standard color concentration.
White ink or ink oil (thin) should be added to judge the light transmittance of the ink film of light magic, and solvent (diluted water) is not allowed to dilute the color. Too much solvent will not only affect the printing performance, but also destroy, separate, precipitate or greatly reduce the brightness of ink pigment and resin.
Ink deployment is very important in album printing. Ink deployment can be divided into dark ink and light ink. The so-called dark ink deployment refers to the use of primary color ink deployment without any diluent, according to the amount of ink-jet printing, and through color analysis to determine the main color ink and color ink and its proportion, so that the main color ink and color ink are all uniform. There are three kinds of inks: monochrome, monochrome and polychrome. Monochrome refers to the primary color. Intermediate color refers to the combination of two primary color inks, and multi color refers to the combination of three primary color inks.
